The Lighthouse Church is looking for a humble, Spirit-led galvanizer to join the pastoral team and give care and oversight to the Steveston campus.  This is a part-time position (50%).

The successful candidate must be able to work cooperatively with other leaders in a ministry-team setting.  Ideally,  the candidate would demonstrate the ability to teach and preach in a conversational style (dialogue rather than monologue), and have experience in non-traditional church settings. It would be helpful for the successful candidate to live in Steveston as it is the core of the ministry focus.

The Steveston Campus of the Lighthouse Church currently gathers on Sundays with Gather Richmond -another small church plant.  Together they worship under the banner of “The Church at the Hub.” These two churches also oversee the ministry of The Hub; a non-registered entity designed to manage a facility that exists for the blessing and flourishing of Steveston Village. The Lighthouse campus pastor must be comfortable working in a 50/50 partnership with another church and denomination.

Candidates must have credentials in good standing with the PAOC or be willing and eligible to secure them.  Job description and Salary to be established during the hiring process.  Salary range $30-40,000/year
