Leanne McAlister, and Darcy her husband, has worked globally with ministry leaders for many years. Leanne is a certified Leadership Coach through Essential Impact, where she coaches individual pastors and, along with Darcy, coaches couples. Key areas of coaching focus are: leaders and their relationships (marriages, staff, parenting, team development), leaders journeying through ministry and life transitions, and leaders discovering their part in God’s mission and their unique core values. Leanne, as well as Darcy, loves asking questions to spark development or change, with an invitation for Holy Spirit to participate and see whole life transformation. Leanne has an MA in Ministerial Leadership.
