Dave Ferguson is the Lead Pastor of Community Christian Church, with 13 campuses in Chicago area; the founder of New Thing, a catalyst for movements of reproducing churches; and the president of Exponential, a community of leaders and a nationwide conference dedicated to accelerating church multiplication. He is also the author or co-author of three print books: The Big Idea, Exponential and On the Verge, and two e-books: Keeping Score and Discover Your Mission Now. Dave’s single greatest passion is also the title of his book, Finding Your Way Back to God. Dave lives in the Chicago area with his wife, Sue. and three children.
Thomson K. Mathew traces his roots to the St. Thomas Christians of South India. He is an ordained minister whose grandfather and father were both Pentecostal pastors. He is a graduate of Kerala University, India (B. S.), Yale University Divinity School (M. Div., S.T.M.), Oral Roberts University (D.Min.), and Oklahoma State University (Ed.D.). Thomson Mathew served as professor of pastoral care and dean at Oral Roberts University College of Theology and Ministry in Tulsa, Oklahoma, USA. After pastoring a church in Connecticut for five years, he began his career at the university as a Chaplain at the City of Faith Medical Center and later joined the ORU Seminary faculty. Mathew served as the Dean of the College of Theology and Ministry from January 1, 2000 through July 2016.
Lead Forward is our annual district leadership conference. It will be happening October 18-19 at Coastline church in Victoria, BC. If you’re planning to join us, you’ll want to make sure to make plans to be there for 2 full days, with travel happening on the 17/20.
