We’re looking for the next staff member to join the staff of our vibrant, growing church in Penticton, B.C. as our part-time Care Pastor, giving oversight and direction to our Care and Seniors Ministries!

The ideal candidate will be highly relational and team oriented. Could potentially be a good fit for someone semi-retired or looking for a second career.

Primary responsibilities include the development & implementation of a strategic plan for Bethel’s Care & Seniors Ministries as well as oversight to pastoral care, visitation and funerals as required.

Previous pastoral ministry experience with a track record of ministry effectiveness preferred.

Salary & Vacation tbd, commensurate to experience but will be in the vicinity of $25-$30k. Health & Dental benefits available. Includes monthly cell phone stipend.
